I don't think much of this hotel personally. On my first booking, the bedsheet was messy and the pillows weren't clean. Compared with other hotels I've stayed in, it felt below average for cleanliness. They also charged ₹100 for breakfast for two guests, but served 8 puris and curry that would cost at most ₹40 outside. That felt overpriced.
When I asked for a different room because there were cockroaches in the bathroom, they said it wasn't possible. After two days, I asked to have the bedsheet changed and was told it would cost 200 rs for each bedsheet and towel changed. While I'm writing this, there's no electricity, and we've also had water supply problems. Breakfast is the same every day and not enough for two people, just 5 puris for 2 people, even though we paid extra for it. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. You'd regret paying 1000 bucks/night, and it isn't worth rs 500. Try it if you don't believe me, but you'd regret spending rs 1000 bucks here.
The staff were very caring, and I liked the location, parking, and security during my 3-day stay. Just avoid a ground floor room: that's where you'd have to deal with cockroaches and bugs. Overall, a very nice hotel.
I recently booked a room at this Galaxy guest house and really liked it. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff were good and behaved well. I really love it. Thank you OYO, a great hotel.
The downsides were power cuts, ACs that weren't very effective, a slow reception process, and bad breakfast. Still, the rooms were big and clean, and the area was peaceful.
