The amenities listed on the app weren't available at the hotel. The staff and owner also responded in a very unprofessional way.

My train was running late, so after paying I called the manager and asked him to open the gate. When I got near the hotel, nobody opened it or answered my calls. Oyo took no action against the manager and didn't refund my money.

The service was extremely disappointing. Two men who seemed to be managers kept asking whether I wanted to CHECK OUT whenever they saw me. They wouldn't bring water to the room either. Instead, they insisted I buy sealed bottles, and if I refused, told me to fill the empty bottles myself and carry them upstairs. I ended up filling two bottles on my own. After paying, being treated this way was not okay. The price also seems very high for the location. Even when booking outside OYO, they charge OYO rates, so I don't see why anyone would skip booking through OYO and getting the discounts. I'm not coming back.

It's in a quiet area, and the rooms are spacious, with clean linen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and hot water. The staff are polite and nice, and room service is good, though a little slow. They also make pleasant home-style meals for lunch or dinner if you order. The floor of the room could use a more thorough cleaning. Good value overall, and suitable for business travellers, families, and groups.
