I came back for a second stay because of the location, but the service was awful. I had paid 50% in advance when booking, then they asked for the other half on the day I checked in, even though final payment is usually made at check-in. There was no room service either. After checking in, we asked for somewhere to freshen up, and the receptionist wanted 2500 for one room. The staff weren't professional about keeping customers, and this was a terrible experience with pathetic service. They don't seem to know how to retain or delight guests for future business.

I felt helpless after seeing how an elderly couple was treated. The woman looked very old and visibly uncomfortable, and they asked at the restaurant if they could use the toilet. At first the restaurant seemed unattended. When they headed toward the kitchen, a bald staff member was sitting there. The couple even offered to pay, but he refused and said the toilet wasn't working. It's hard to believe a large restaurant with rooms has no usable toilet, especially for an emergency. The refusal showed no basic human empathy and was pathetic. Hospitality should include humanity, not just food and rooms. I felt deeply sorry for them and couldn't help further. Because of this incident alone, this place doesn't deserve even one star. God bless that old couple.

Room service is really poor. Ask for something today and they may only bring it tomorrow, and there just aren't enough staff. Another strange thing is that they demand payment before check-in.

The restaurant served some of the best meals I've had in a while, and breakfast was delicious every morning. My room was comfortable and spotless, and the whole stay was fantastic from beginning to end. The beer and wine selection was a nice extra. I'll definitely be back.

The staff made us feel right at home, and the restaurant had plenty of tasty options. Our room was modern and well looked after. Check-in and check-out were smooth too. A lovely resort for a relaxing trip.
