The breakfast was awful for a place charging more than 5k a night. Only the sambhar was good. The sandwiches were stale, the tea bag chai was watered down, the coffee was cheap, there was hardly any choice, and the dosa was dry. I’d just choose a normal Treebo instead. We booked two days but left after one because of the problems. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived late at night to a room with a used comb in the smelly bathroom and hair on the tray. The glasses were upside down on a table mat that looked long uncleaned. There was no hot water. The help we called arrived 30 minutes later and said to wait for the water to heat, but it stayed cold the whole time we tried to bathe.

There was nobody at reception when we arrived, and we waited five minutes for someone to show up. The bathroom smelled awful, was very dirty, and the bathtub had not been cleaned properly. Dust covered the room and the glasses. The TV didn’t work, the flush kept getting stuck, and closing the door took a lot of force.

The food doesn’t taste as good as it used to, and the service is poor too. This hotel has lost the glamour it once had.

The rooms were unhygienic, with cockroaches around and lots of dust on the fans. Staff weren’t available, and the service was basically zero despite the high prices. This was my first visit and it’ll be my last.

I couldn’t sleep in this room and could go on listing problems all night. The furniture is old and dusty, and the lights are broken. I’m never coming back.
