Jagannath’s magic was a real highlight for our group of about 20, who came for Padmabhushan Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra’s birth centenary celebrations. Lina, Jagannath, and Kasim were consistently courteous and gave us high-quality service. The food was excellent, though more variety or a few daily specials would have been welcome during a longer stay. The Chinese stir-fry was soggy and disappointing; I wondered whether a wok was used, since the chef could follow Chinese recipes and use suitable tools for a more authentic texture and flavor. Half portions would also help people dining alone or wanting a smaller meal at night. Thanks anyway, it was a great experience.

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived, and the staff took good care of everything. The poolside setting and peaceful atmosphere made our stay feel relaxing, like a refreshing escape.

The location made it easy to reach major parts of the city, and the hotel was well maintained and organized. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, while the calm ambience made it easy to relax. Staff were polite, professional, and ready to help, and the food was good with prompt service. A good choice for business or leisure, and I’d visit again.

Mr. Srikant’s F& B service stood out, and his courtesy impressed all of us. We also had a unique experience watching Mr. Jagannath’s Magic Art. I’d strongly recommend catching his performance when visiting Hotel Swosri Grand Bhubaneswar. Dr. J. K. Suri, Chandigarh.

We live next door at Chandrama Complex, so Swosti Grand is our regular choice for the meal we have each year for our wedversary. This year, as last year, Kasim looked after us. He’s caring and capable, remembers what we like, and suggested a few new things for us to try. The meal was super, and his help made sure we were satisfied.
