I was there for just six hours, and the station location was really convenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was a decent size with a clean bathroom. The main problem was cleanliness: the blankets, bed covers, and pillows especially needed attention. The furniture and interiors also looked very old. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t say how it was.

The food was tasty when I tried it, and the service was great. The manager was friendly and cooperative too. Rooms were clean, and the location is hard to beat, very close to the station.

The bathrooms were super clean, and the staff were helpful. They provided all the necessary amenities. Since it’s so close to BBSR railway station, it works well for an overnight stay with a late check-in before catching an early train. Just remember to bring cash, as they asked us to pay that way.

They sprayed pesticides in every room just as we were checking in, and the fumes were suffocating. The rooms themselves were dirty, including the bedsheets and pillows. The hotel’s overall ambience really wasn’t worth it.

It’s within walking distance of the railway station, on the platform 1 side. The rooms were okay, the staff behaved nicely, and the service was good. A nice stay.
