My stay at Fern Residency kolkata was very good. I was in Room no 307, which was good, and the food was fantastic. All the staff gave awesome service. Reception staff Ms Tika and Mr Danish were very helpful and offered great hospitality. Pushpa from housekeeping was also great at her job.

The event went smoothly and was enjoyable for all our guests, thanks to the whole hotel and banquet team. They handled everything from planning through execution with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, taking care of every requirement. Pankaj, the banquet manager, deserves a special mention. His proactive approach, calm coordination, and real willingness to help made a big difference to the event's success. The staff made the stay for me. They were professional, calm, and ready to help in every way. It's a memorable place for a business traveller, with super comfortable beds, fast wifi, and excellent food quality. The Fern Residency, Kolkata is on the main road, less than 3 km from the Airport. I highly recommend it.

The banquet hall is spacious and well-maintained, and it works well for celebrations. Fern Residency Kolkata hosts a variety of occasions, including Jamai Sosthi, Durga Puja, Bengali New Year, Christmas (25th December), and more. The menu has lots of variety and the food is delicious. Staff behavior and service are excellent, polite, efficient, and professional. One of the best 3-star hotels in the Rajarhat–Chinar Park area, in my view. Highly recommend it for events, celebrations, or a comfortable stay.

The service was smooth and professional throughout, and the staff were courteous and attentive. Rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, while the food is good. The hotel is clean and nicely maintained, too. Its spot on Biswa Bangla Sarani near Chinar Park makes getting around easy. I had a very pleasant stay at The Fern Residency, Rajarhat, and would recommend it for business or family visits.
