The stay was very good overall. One issue, though: mosquitoes and bugs show up in every room at night and early in the morning. They should put mosquito nets near the bathroom to help with this.

The location makes it easy to see central Kolkata, including Victoria Memorial, Park Street, Eden Garden and Howrah Bridge. Breakfast was just okay because the bread wasn't good. Still, it's a place you can stay while exploring the city.

I was really happy with everything. The room was very good, and the staff were especially friendly. Everyone was very nice.

Everything was good, apart from there being no car parking.

The rooms were tiny and awful, even though the prices are like a five-star hotel. Service was poor, there were hardly any food choices, and they didn't even have dining tables. We felt cheated. For the same sort of price, you can find a four-star hotel with a pool and better service. This place feels cheap but charges more than a four-star.
