I've stayed here many times because the location is very good, and the manager is a nice person. My last visit was much worse. Housekeeping was very bad, the rooms were so-so, and staff seemed unwilling to respond to guests' needs. At checkout, nobody helped with the luggage even after I asked repeatedly. This time was a bad experience.

It's close to sealdah station and worth the price. The room was a good size, though the bathroom was a little small. The rooms were clean, food was available, and the staff were well behaved. I ordered food from outside and they brought me plates when I asked. They also followed good covid precautions. Everything else was good.

The location is on Raja Ram Mohan Rai sarani on M G road, Amherst street red light, opposite anglo Arabic high school, and very near sealdah railway station and college Street. The hotel was neat and clean, with cooperative, well-mannered staff and amazing room service. It's fine for a family or friends stay.

They deducted the money, but the hotel said there was no booking under my name and refused to give me a room. I booked after 9am, and there was no refund if I cancelled after 9 am that same day. Ridiculous service from OYO. I won't recommend OYO to my friends, and I'll tell others not to book through them either.

The location is great, 1km from Medical College Kolkata, which is the first Medical College in Asia, and 1 km from both Nilratan Sircar medical College and Sealdah railway station. The hotel is a good place to stay, and all the staff, including the hotel operation manager, are very friendly.
