The property is amazing and budget-friendly, but the staff are what really make it special. Tukun from housekeeping was warm, friendly, and attentive, and cleaned the room with real professionalism. It's clear he takes pride in his work. Thanks, Tukun, for making the stay better.

Breakfast was a particularly poor experience. The dining room is small and overcrowded, with no real seating management. Nobody guided guests to open tables, so we had to stand around and hunt for a place ourselves. The food was disappointing too, with limited choice and a below-average taste. It didn't seem fresh or well prepared. The room was clean, but only average, with basic amenities and little comfort or value for money. Service felt badly managed from the start: check-in took far too long, and check-out was just as slow, leaving a poor final impression. The stay lacked efficiency, hospitality, and attention to guests. I expected better from an ibis hotel, but this didn't meet those expectations.

The 15 guests, including my family, whom I booked into this boutique hotel for an event were all impressed by the service, food, and quality of the property. The lively ambience stood out in particular. Mr Souvik Manna handled the booking, logistics, and guest relations as my liaison, with personal care and efficiency. A special thanks to him.

The restaurant area was nice, and the food was good, though the buffet felt a little small. At breakfast Mr. Shantanu gave us good service. Check-in was quick and welcoming from the F/O team, especially mr. ruddra, who was very supportive. The room could have been cleaner, and there was unwanted noise from the corridor.
