The buffet breakfast was the same every day, with no variety, and hot dishes like dosa and omelets took a long time to arrive. The rooms are compact, and having a sofa makes it hard to move around or reach the bed. Housekeeping was sloppy. Linen wasn’t handled carefully: there were two of us but only one towel was replaced, the bathroom mat was taken away and not returned, and the face towel wasn’t replaced. The sheets weren’t changed, just turned over. Who knows how many times they reuse them. When we asked for extra water, we got refilled bottles.

The rooftop restaurant is very nicely decorated, and the food is very good. The hotel is good too, with very well-mannered staff.

The rooms had been refurbished, but cleanliness wasn’t well maintained. The sheets and towels looked at least 10 years old, and the food was average.
