The bathroom was better than the room, but the AC made a lot of noise and looked like it was from before 2000. They didn’t provide even one bottle of water, everything was chargeable. I had a very bad experience and felt they were taking advantage of my situation. I booked a standard room with OYO, but when I arrived, they said it wasn’t available and gave me an extra deluxe room that wasn’t even standard. To me, it’s a third-rate hotel with third-class service. Be careful if you book or go there.

After I booked, they wouldn’t give me a room, saying all the rooms had guests. At the same time, they gave a room to an unmarried couple, saying it had already been booked. Oyo didn’t resolve it when I called. I’ve never seen a worse hotel in my life. Don’t go to places like this.

The staff behaved very unprofessionally, and I had the worst experience at this property. They charge extra if you book online, or else they deny check-in. They seem interested only in booking rooms for unmarried couples in exchange for a huge amount. I’d suggest not booking here.

The room was dirty, with stained sheets and blankets, and the AC didn't work even though staff controlled it. They demanded extra money because I had booked online and otherwise refused to check me in. The staff were very unprofessional. Book at your own risk.

The room they gave us was dirty, and they refused when we asked for clean sheets. We booked through OYO, but on arrival they said our room wasn't available and pushed us into another one costing more than twice as much. The staff were rude, and the service felt awful. This was my worst experience. Don't book this hotel through OYO.
