Krishna Residency was where I eventually stayed, and its owners and staff were rude and had no sense of customer service. My whole experience was very bad. Before that, I had booked a stay in Puri at hotel jagdeesh palace, part of the goroomgo chain, and paid in advance. They sent AI-generated or old fake photos of their hotels. When I was getting ready to go, they sold my paid room at a higher price and made me stay at a substandard hotel instead. They had again shown lavish photos, but the actual place was much farther inside and the room quality wasn't up to mark. It was all about money, and I feel these goroomgo chain hotels are a scam, reselling rooms for higher prices. The photo attached was what they sent us on WhatsApp, compared with the room we actually got at first.
