The service was bad, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. On the first day, I got a cozy type AC room, but it was very unclean, even though the AC worked properly. I changed rooms the next day, only to find the AC in the new room barely cooled at all, despite appearing to run. I asked several times for another room. They had rooms available but wouldn’t give me one. When I insisted on a refund, the manager said, “JO GAYA UOO MONEY NO RETURN,” then hung up on me.
I enjoyed staying here. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was great. A good budget option.
Check-in was easy, and the staff were cooperative. My room was roomy, tidy, and had the basic amenities. I had a great stay.
Good value for the money. The team responded quickly, the place was clean, and the service was excellent. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
I’d give it five stars. The hotel was neat and well kept, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.
