LYFE Hotels Bhubaneswar

There’s so much to see in this historic city, and we had memorable days in Bhubaneswar. The hotel was well managed, with lovely staff who were attentive and helpful. The rooms were good and breakfast excellent. The spa was very well designed, and the therapists were excellent too. We’ll be back on the 24th for a night, and hope the service is just as good.

The staff made a strong impression, from the gate team who welcomed us each time we came and went to Boro from breakfast, who was cheerful, attentive, and went out of her way to make dining good. Ranjan at check-out also made leaving quick and easy. The Lyfe Hotel Bhubaneswar has a modern, welcoming feel, and its location made it easy to explore the city. Our room was fine, with a pleasant view, and the high-tech lift was a fun futuristic touch. A great stay, and it really lived up to its 5-star rating. Thanks, Lyfe Hotel, for a memorable visit.

The hotel was pretty good overall, and I’d probably stay again. The food was very good, and the chef came out to show me which dishes were nut-free because of my allergy. He even cooked some food fresh to leave out the nuts. Prateek, who I think was one of the managers, was particularly kind and helpful. He made sure there was no nut cross-contamination in the bar and got my drinks quickly. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. There’s a bar for watching sport, a small gym with a cable machine and nice treadmills, and the swimming pool looked nice, though I didn’t use it. The rooms were spacious, with a large TV, good Wi-Fi, and a modern look. The air conditioning seemed limited in both power and temperature, perhaps to save energy. As someone from a cooler part of Europe, around 21-22 degrees in the room was too warm for me, even if locals may find it sufficient. I had to sleep with just the sheets and no duvet, which wasn’t as cozy. The weak air conditioning also left the room a bit stuffy. They could make it more comfortable for international travellers.

I stayed at Lyfe for two nights and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, with a modern, tech-savvy setup that made things feel premium and convenient. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and all the details seemed well planned. I’d highly recommend Lyfe Hotel.
