We came as a family, and this has become the worst part of my Jagannath Puri yatra. The staff, including the manager, were extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome. The receptionist was especially unaccommodating. The room was so small it couldn't even fit one mattress. They advertised a king bed, but what we got was a queen or double. The fan either stopped working or ran at full speed. For a place listed as 3-star, it doesn't deserve even one. A roadside lodge would do better. Be smart and save yourself the trouble. I would never recommend staying here. Do not book at any cost.

The restaurant is nice, but the rooms are old and in very poor condition. In the comfort room I stayed in, the adjoining bathroom made a loud flushing noise that kept me from sleeping at night. The manager was on site but seemed unaware of the problem and wasn't willing to help. Please avoid booking this hotel.

I've stayed here several times and haven't had any major problems. Whenever something did come up, the staff helped sort it out right away. They're polite and courteous, and the rooms are decent. A good business hotel.

Club Sundowner has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are the best. The rooms were very clean too. It is a bit expensive, though.
