I've been a regular here for a long time because I know the location, they usually allow early check-in, and it's affordable for a stay until evening. I never chose it for outstanding rooms or service. This recent visit was very disappointing. Although better rooms were available, I got a small, unhygienic one with very poor cleanliness, no soap, and no TV. The condition was unacceptable. When I asked for fresh bedsheets and pillow covers, the staff member said he'd only slept there and the linen had recently been changed. That was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. A guest shouldn't be expected to use the same bed immediately after someone else. It raises serious hygiene concerns, and the room and staff response were far below acceptable standards.
