The people and service are warm, and they answer calls ASAP. I never once felt uncomfortable or uneasy here. Rooms are cozy and clean, with pink or light green walls. Breakfast is fine, usually Vada, Upma, or Puri with ghughuni and chai. The menu is simple home-made food at reasonable prices, with plain daal as low as ₹30. Wi-Fi works great, and you can book the hotel on Oyo for as little as ₹700.

The staff tried to help and were very helpful, but they were out of options too. The manager seemed careless about keeping the place tidy, and the rooms weren't maintained. After several follow-ups they moved me to another room the next day, but I still had to clean it myself. The location near Care hospital could be useful depending on why you're there, and the counter staff at least listened and tried to sort things out, which is why I gave two stars, even though it took several follow-ups. The room was filthy and things didn't work. The bedsheet had a smell and marks all over it, and it hadn't been washed. Walls, curtains, and everything else looked dirty. Every room they showed me had similar walls. The bathroom had no proper ventilation, just a hole opening onto the back of the hotel, so there was less privacy in the shower. The geysers didn't work, so I had to shower in another room, and my wife had to use cold water. The staff arranged another room for me. TVs were there just for show, with no connection, and they wouldn't even switch on. In some rooms the AC didn't work; in others it didn't cool properly and made the room smell worse. The cupboards had no locks or keys. Forget about pandemic sanitizing, the rooms weren't even cleaned. We found used condoms, smoked cigarettes, and plastic glasses someone else had used for drinking. It was a pathetic, horrible experience. I'd only come here if I had absolutely no other option. If I could have, I would have changed hotels without a second thought.

The staff were polite, and our food arrived just a few minutes after we ordered. I stayed for a week and was really pleased with the place. The room and bathroom were kept clean, the sheets were changed regularly, and the AC worked well. There was an LCD TV with Hindi and English channels too. One of the better hotels for a reasonable price. I loved it.

We booked this mainly to attend a nearby wedding, and it was manageable for that. The room was a decent size and the AC worked, while the bathroom was clean. The bedsheets could have been cleaner, though, and the bathroom door was broken. I didn't check the TV. Fine if you only need somewhere to rest.
