Collection O 42721 Airport View Guest House Airport Road

The staff and service were good, but the management fell short of OYO Collection O standards. Room service was stopped for almost five days because of puja, so we had to order food online and couldn't even get tea or coffee. Despite following up several times, the room wasn't cleaned. It's close to the airport, but don't expect basic hotel facilities. It's just a mediocre lodge.

The floor was sticky, the bed uncomfortable, and the TV was mounted on the wall with no connection and a cut wire. There were lots of mosquitoes, and we had to leave the vehicle parked on the road. The room was very dirty, with cockroaches and spiders that staff ignored when asked to remove them. The sheets were stained, the bathroom was filthy, and water didn't come. There was no bathroom window, just torn T-shirts and plastic covering it. The AC didn't work even though they said it would when we booked, and the food was very bad. Nothing like the Google photos.

Booked through agoda and had a bad experience. The room was moldy, the bedsheet dirty, and the pillow moldy too. The flush and gyser didn't work, the commode was damaged, and there was no complimentary drinking water. Nothing good about this hotel. If I could give negative stars, I would.

They don't follow OYO rules, and even with a room booked in advance, customers are told to pay extra to meet the hotel's rate. For the price, the rooms need upgrading and were dirty. The ACs didn't work, so I had to change rooms twice, and the TV didn't work either, though they said that's just how it is. Staff seemed to know nothing about hosting guests and need proper training. Providing AC alone doesn't mean a hotel has all the facilities. I ordered food for two, but they didn't give us plates.
