Bloom Hotel Khandala

The warm, helpful staff made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay at Bloom Hotel Lonavala. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well kept, and the hotel had a fresh, modern, relaxing feel. The food was good and dining there was enjoyable. I often stay at Bloom Hotels and appreciate their facilities, cleanliness, food, and pleasant atmosphere, but this visit was especially good and exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend it for a family trip or a short break in Lonavala, and hope to return.

I could enjoy the scenery from my room through the big glass windows, and the location was great. The food was delicious, and getting Jain food was easy. It was a pleasant stay, with a room that was both clean and comfortable.

Deepak Patle took care of our needs quickly and efficiently, and his professionalism and service really stood out. The rest of the staff were cooperative and attentive too. Our room was clean, the food tasty, and the service excellent. We had a wonderful stay.

Aryan Rehan and Sajman were lovely hosts at Bloom Khandala. The property is excellent, breakfast was tasty, and the pool was well maintained. The price is a little high, but I'd still recommend it. Breakfast wasn't part of our booking, yet the staff gave it to us free, which was a pleasant surprise. One serious caution: the phone number listed on Google wasn't the property's number. We booked through makemytrip and called the Google number an hour before check-in to confirm our arrival. A fraudster answered and asked us to pay the full amount again, claiming the MMT booking had been cancelled. We could have lost money if we hadn't been careful. The property should make sure its correct number is listed on Google.
