Hotel Pinnacle

The complimentary breakfast was served in a really awkward way, with guests eating while standing on the stairs or sitting beside them. I stayed for two days and left feeling frustrated and sad. The property and rooms were shabby and old, and the hotel didn't seem concerned with upkeep. Water also clogged in the bathroom. It's in a prime location, so the hotel should pay more attention to guest comfort. For comfort and facilities, my stay at hotel pinnacle was a nightmare.

The staff were good, and the place was clean and well managed compared with many similar hotels. It's a little old, but they've maintained it well, and the location is very nice.

I wasted my money here and wish I'd checked the rooms and bathrooms before paying. Cockroaches were all over both, there was a bad smell throughout the room, the tiles and wooden floor were broken, and the flush didn't work. Just having the name pinnacle doesn't make it good. Worst hotel I've stayed in, disgusting condition, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I booked for two days and paid in advance, but finished my work after one. When I asked for the unused night's charge back, the hotel agreed, and I'm very thankful for that gesture. The hotel is at a main crossing in ahmedabad, about 10 km from ahmedabad airport. The food was good, especially the complimentary dinner, and the breakfast buffet on the second floor was good too. I'd suggest room 214, right in front of the buffet, where you can easily have breakfast in your room. Overall, the hotel was good.
