I had a smooth stay and ran into no issues. The room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the staff made me feel welcome and were very polite from the start. I’m happy to give it 5/5. There are good people running this place, so if you're deciding whether to book, don't overthink it. Thanks for giving me a space to spend some really nice moments.

We paid in full in advance through EaseMyTrip for a Superior room for two nights. On arrival, we were told it wasn't available and were moved to another room 4-5 km away. That caused us a lot of inconvenience. Consider yourself warned.

I chose this hotel for its location, but when I arrived at 1:00 am, they shifted me to a place 7 km away. I got the impression from speaking with them that this was a scam affecting many people. They weren't apologetic at all, as if they knew I couldn't find somewhere else at that hour. I'd already paid online through easemytrip, and Easetrip still hasn't taken action against them. I had to arrange my own taxi. The bathroom was filthy, so I skipped a bath, used only my bisleri water to brush my teeth, then got out of there and looked for another hotel in the morning. I'd seen Google reviews like mine before booking, but assumed these were rare mistakes. Now it seems deliberate, and I'm writing to warn people that they're intentionally running a scam.

The service was poor, and we didn't get towels until the second day. For toiletries, they gave us one 1rs shampoo sachet for two people.
