Hotel Alfa Continental

We paid 2800 for two nights, even though we didn't stay the first day, and all I wanted was basic hygiene. It was missing. This was hell for me and my parents, and I hope nobody else has to go through what we did. If you're forced to take a room, check it before moving in. At 1.30 am on the first night, we asked su shree continental for a room. They said they had none, which was fine, then a staff member said he'd check availability at the “other hotel.” We thought that meant their own hotel, but he'd already gone to check. We felt forced to take a room here. We made the mistake of paying and checking in without seeing it first. A boy carried my suitcase up to the fifth floor. My parents are old, there was no lift, and when I asked why our room was so high up, he stayed quiet. The first room he showed us had a queen bed. The smell hit me as soon as I went in. The sheets were stained and the bathroom was unimaginable, so I shouted for another room because it was so dirty. He agreed and gave us the opposite room, 304, saying, “filhal ispe aa jaiye kal dekhenge.” It had two dubble beds. The room's picture i will attach. It was covered with pan ka pik. The washroom smelled so bad I used perfume just to use it. The mug was visible too. Water pressure was poor, and the geyser was there in name only. The bedsheet and pillow were yellow, and it was clear the room hadn't been used in a very long time. The next night, the AC panel switch wasn't working properly, so I couldn't adjust the temperature, and then the AC broke down. I don't know how I got through that awful night. We couldn't open the windows because they faced another roof and we didn't want any trouble. The place already felt quite shady. There wasn't a single bar of soap or any towels. I don't know what that was about.
