I spent money and energy on one night here with my family and left feeling it was a low-energy place. The receptionist, a woman who seemed to be from South Delhi, was completely unaccountable. Staff were rude, and it felt like they prioritized their regular hourly clients, whose business seemed more important to them than family guests. This definitely isn’t a family hotel.

We’d booked a room for a birthday celebration, but the girl at reception told us to book another room if two people were going to be allowed in. The service was awful, and they’re very greedy about money. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Money wasted. Don’t book it.

We booked the whole hotel for wedding guests, but most rooms hadn’t been cleaned beforehand and nothing in the room worked. It was a horrible place to stay. Shivam at reception was extremely rude and had no sense of how to speak to customers. He’s killing the business here.

The rooms were in really bad shape, and they didn’t even provide basics like bottled water. The service was pathetic, and the staff were rude. Don’t come here, even in an emergency.

The place felt really shady for a family stay. The rooms were dirty and stinky, and the service was terrible. I had to switch rooms twice because the AC wasn’t working.
