We paid for two rooms, but neither was as pictured or up to expectations. One room's AC didn't work, and repeated complaints got no response, so we slept without it. Both beds were so hard that we woke up with back pain. The staff were unresponsive and the service was poor. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The bed was so hard that I woke up with back pain, and we spent the night without AC even though we'd paid for it. I asked the staff several times to fix the AC, but nothing was done. The room also looked completely different from the booking photos. Room service was poor and the staff didn't respond. I wouldn't recommend this place or say it was worth the money.

The kitchen was really dirty, even though the food itself was home-style. People were often around the rooms drinking and smoking, so the atmosphere didn't feel right for a family. There were cockroaches in the rooms too. I wasn't happy with the hotel.

The room didn't look like the online photos, and mosquitoes were everywhere. Hygiene was poor, including the filthy water purifier they used to serve drinking water. They also don't offer room service. It was a terrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.
