The operations team, Abhinav and Gaurav, kept everything organized and on time, and their professionalism helped the day run smoothly. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at the Grand Rio Hotel, and it was unforgettable. Chef Potfode and his team deserve a big thank you for the delicious, beautifully presented food and outstanding menu. A heartfelt thank you as well to GM Prakash, who personally took care of every detail from start to finish. His warmth, attention, and leadership showed throughout, and he went above and beyond to make our family feel valued and my daughter’s birthday incredibly special. The food, service, and hospitality were exceptional. I highly recommend the hotel for celebrations or special occasions.

The live shows are only enjoyable if you get a seat in the open garden. From the restaurant, you don’t get to experience much of them. There are multiple better options in this price range, and I personally wouldn’t recommend staying here unless losing sleep doesn’t bother you. The intercom doesn’t work, and the power backup is terrible. Power fluctuations happen quite often, making the room electricity go on and off and leaving it impossible to use anything properly. If the power goes off while you’re asleep and then comes back, the AC stays off instead of restarting automatically. You have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it back on. Get ready for sleepless nights. For what they charge, this is completely unacceptable. When I told reception, their answer was basically, “We can’t do anything; you can write a review if you want.”

I booked an executive room for a family vacation because I wanted some peace and quiet. They started a live orchestra in the evening, and it completely ruined the vacation. Don’t even think of booking this hotel for free.

The staff were courteous and attentive, and their prompt service made us feel welcome. Our stay at Hotel Grand Rio Nashik was pleasant, with spacious, clean, well-maintained rooms that felt comfortable and peaceful. The food quality, overall amenities, and convenient location near the highway made the visit easy and hassle-free. We highly recommend this hotel.
