Holiday Inn Express Nashik Indira Nagar by IHG

We felt well looked after from the minute we arrived at Holiday Inn Express Nashik. Mr. Rahul Telore, Front Office Manager, deserves a special mention for his warm welcome and professional handling of our requests. Check-in was quick, the rooms were spotless, and staff were friendly and quick to help throughout. It was a smooth, comfortable visit that exceeded what we'd expected. We'd happily recommend Holiday Inn Express Nashik and give it a full 10/10.

Cleanliness is a real strength here. The property looks well maintained, and both the rooms and common areas were neat and hygienic. But the rooms are so tiny that it feels like there's only space for the bed, which gets cramped if you stay more than a night. There's no wardrobe or proper storage, just open hangers. Basic things are missing too: no hand towels, no extra towels in the room unless you call, and no slippers, which surprised me for a hotel of this brand. Food was the biggest letdown. There's no proper kitchen counter, staff suggest ordering through Swiggy or Zomato, and in-room dining is very limited. I couldn't tell whether the food was cooked fresh or reheated and plated. It's clean and looks nice, but the small rooms, lack of storage and missing basics make it hard to feel comfortable beyond a night of sleep.

The bed was comfortable and I slept well on my recent business trip, but the room was cramped with hardly any space for luggage or moving around. There were no cupboards, and the writing table was just okay with very little room. Aside from hand wash, shower gel, and shampoo, there wasn't much to appreciate. At the restaurant, I think they only serve a buffet, so I went out instead. Breakfast was crowded and I had to look for a place to sit. The spread was just okay. Given the higher price compared with nearby hotels, I expected a better stay.

I was very disappointed with the stay. Breakfast wasn't properly available and the food was poor. They don't have their own kitchen. The food comes from outside partly cooked, then gets reheated, and it was completely tasteless. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable stay or decent food.
