Room 205 was small, as was the bathroom, but both were clean and well maintained. They provided OYO branded toiletries, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Wi-Fi is available, but there was no signal in my room, and the bathroom geyser wasn't working during my stay. The property is on the Zero Mile side, outside the main city area, so transport into town can be a little inconvenient if you need to go there for work. There's an in-house restaurant and lots of nearby places to eat. I had a pleasant stay and would rate it 7/10.

The room and toilet weren't cleaned properly. When I asked the staff to clean, they told me to adjust instead. The receptionist was rude and wouldn't give me a room key or a bill. I wouldn't recommend staying at a hotel like this.

I loved the calm environment here, especially for spending quality time with family. It's one of the best hotels, with great facilities. Highly recommend it.

If you find something dirty, they tell you to put up with it instead of cleaning or replacing it. They also don't give a bill, and even the tea is overpriced. I’d tell anyone looking for a hotel to avoid this one. The staff and the place were awful.
