I booked through OYO for 635 for one night, and the listing showed room 106. The hotel gave me room 201 instead, a small kitchen type room with a TV that didn’t work. The management’s service was the worst I’ve experienced. I suggest nobody stay here.
I booked through OYO and was disappointed for the first time. The room was filthy, with spit marks around the bathroom and in the room, and the AC was very noisy. The TV didn’t work, the staff were rude, and they tried to force me to give a five star rating.
Service was very good, and you can get a basic room with an attached toilet for as little as 300 rupees. The location is good near the railway station, and there are several good hotels along this lane.
The rooms are clean and have LED TVs, and there’s a lift too. Staff were good, and the place is cheap and good value. It’s on Hotel wali gali, Freser Road, near Dak Banglao choraha, Patna.
You need to bring both people’s ID cards, and both guests have to be there when checking in. Even if one person arrives at 2 pm and their partner comes at 5 pm, you’ll have to wait until 5. The staff were a little rude and greedy about it. Otherwise, it’s a nice place for couples and families.
