The food service is yummy, and the staff behave really well. One of the best hotels in patna, though the service should improve from where it is now.

The room smelled bad, and the linen was dirty and musty. Because of the smell, I finally checked out at 11 pm. The staff weren’t responsive either. Early check-in was listed at 300, but he asked me for Rs 500. There was nobody around to take a food order or help carry my luggage.

I’ve never had such a bad experience. The service was very poor.

I had an OYO booking, but they told me there were no rooms. They charged me 900 for a non-AC room on the top floor, where it was far too hot to sleep. Mosquitoes bit me all night. I couldn’t find a room elsewhere, so I had to spend a sleepless night in that shitshow. The worst hotel experience.

The staff were very good, and the service was great. You’ll definitely enjoy their hospitality.
