When I got to the location, they refused to give me the deluxe room I'd booked and wanted me to take a smaller room without an attached bathroom. The management was very poor, and the manager was one of the biggest idiots I've encountered in the hotel industry. The service from Oyo was pathetic, and this hotel was below average. I don't trust the good reviews on its page; please read the bad ones, as they're the only truth about this place.
The rooms looked like the pictures, and the place is couple friendly. At this price, cleanliness deserves four stars. It's easy to find, the hospitality was good, and it's a good place for the rate.
My first time seeing a manager make tea and food for a guest. Mr Himanshu kr was a wonderful, helpful person who treated me like family. Whenever I needed something, he brought it, including tea and food. Thanks so much to him and the whole oyo team. It was great staying at Ar square digha.
The bedsheets weren't clean, and there was no table in the room or AC remote. The AC wasn't working properly. Staff kept laughing and didn't respond to what I said. A very bad experience.
I called several times, but sunny singh didn't answer. The customer got angry, and the booking was cancelled. Now the travel agent seems fake. The management is horrible, so my advice is not to go there.
