The Corporate Residence

In mid June, I stayed here and was charged twice for one transaction. They said my credit card wasn’t working, so I paid in cash, but a month later I saw a charge on the card too. This was my worst experience with the hotel and its staff. It’s a fraud!!!

The service was 4/5 and the location 4/5, while hospitality, food, rooms, and facilities all earned 5/5. The price was decent and felt worth it. Although the hotel is in a market area, it’s set back from the crowd, which worked well for a business visit. There was a newspaper, regular housekeeping, corporate booking, hot water, and delicious food. Everything I tried tasted amazing. It felt more like a 3-5 star hotel than a mid range stay. I appreciate the management’s upkeep and professionalism.

There’s no decoration, so for a family party you’ll need to arrange a decorator. The white walls and adequate lighting fit the hall’s corporate meeting feel. The third floor hall seemed suited to a birthday or anniversary for around 40-50 people if you don’t want it too packed. I’m not sure whether the host arranged the caterers or they came through the hotel, but the food was very tasty. If it was hotel catering, I’d recommend it. It’s an okay last minute option when you can’t find anything fancy.

The staff were polite and courteous, and the room was very clean. It’s convenient that the place is close to the Patna marine drive. They provided flip flops, shower gel, and clean towels. Full points for everything.
