The room felt roomy and comfortable, with a clean, luxurious bathroom. The facilities beyond the room were good too. Credit to management for having different butlers available at every restroom corner, either on hand or introducing themselves.
For this price, the bed was comfortable, the room clean, and room service good. Staff were pleasant, and the receptionist communicated well with new guests. It seems aimed especially at unmarried couples. If you're new and need somewhere for a night, I'd recommend giving it a try.
I was exhausted and half asleep when I arrived at 3 AM, and the hotel staff wanted me to pay more because they thought the OYO rate was too low. They may also refuse check-in if the rent seems below what they expect, and there's a strange minimum-luggage rule. I don't know why they're tied up with OYO. Travelers, I'd suggest trying the OYOs beside the junction, on Frazer Road, or behind the junction instead. Avoid this hotel.
The location and building were very good, and the price was affordable. The bed linen and blanket cover weren't clean, though, and the reception staff were quite rude.
