The Aurum

The decor was impressive and added a lot to my cousin sister’s wedding. The food tasted good and service was quick, while the rooms were clean and well maintained, which was a nice bonus. We booked Aurum Banquet Hall recently. The hall can fit 100-150 people, though it may feel packed beyond that, so it suits intimate gatherings best. There’s an outer dining area, but it’s limited and could get crowded with 200-300 guests. The lawn and swimming pool area is small but pleasant. Aurum Banquet Hall works for small to medium events. For 100-150 guests it’s a good fit. Larger events need careful planning because of the space limits.

Really good experience at Aurum resort. The staff were friendly and everything ran well. GM ajit pandey ji deserves credit for cooperating with us every minute. Overall, it was fine and good.

The property looks beautiful, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Management and staff were rude, unprofessional, and intimidating. The General Manager claimed that a minister sits with them every day, which felt like a threat rather than reassurance. Guests should be treated with respect, but basic courtesy and hospitality were missing here. There also seems to be no proper fire exit, which is a serious safety concern. Authorities should check whether the property has the required licenses and safety approvals so an incident can be prevented. The service was worse than anything I’ve experienced. The wedding decor was beautiful, and we appreciate the owner’s investment in creating such a lovely property. The management team, though, badly needs to improve to match the venue. When we raised concerns with the banquet supervisor, he said they work according to their own priorities. It took over an hour for the general manager to come after we asked to speak with him. He then parked his bullet bike right in front of the wedding hall, where all our guests could see, and threatened to turn off the lights and lock the gates. He refused to review the CCTV footage that would have shown his behavior. We don’t know the general manager’s name, but his extreme temperament seriously damaged the property’s image. This conduct is unacceptable and should be investigated so other guests don’t go through the same thing.
