The hotel has an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and free bicycles, with yoga classes available on site. Families can use complimentary cribs, and Wi-Fi is free in guest rooms and some public areas. Other facilities include a terrace, luggage storage, a lift, a business center, concierge services, eight meeting rooms, two bars, two restaurants, and a cafe. Breakfast is available for an extra charge. Valet parking also costs extra. Rooms have air conditioning with individual climate control, a phone, minibar, daily housekeeping, turndown service, a private bathroom with free toiletries, a hair dryer, a bathtub or shower, and a desk. Hypoallergenic bedding can be requested. English, Bengali, and Hindi are spoken. Cooked-to-order breakfast is served each morning for a fee. POT serves Korean food at dinner on select days, and has a bar with happy hour. COMMISSARY serves American dishes daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with drinks available at the bar. Room service runs during limited hours.

The hotel is poorly organised, and the employees seem to make their own rules, charging extra for everything. They didn't even provide a towel or the soap packet that OYO supplies at its hotels. This was my worst hotel experience. Please don't stay at citi guest house.

The hotel room is nice, and non-air-conditioned rooms are available too. The building outside needs some decoration and a fresh coat of paint. All in all, it was good.

The staff behaved badly, and the service was very poor. I paid extra for just one night at this hotel, 795+720, and it was a really bad experience. There was no OYO staff at the hotel.
