Two or three men tried to taunt us and get into the room while only two women were inside. Around 1 am, someone knocked and pushed at the door. We'd been placed in a corner room on the top floor, beside a room where men were drinking, and there were no other bookings in the hotel. The balcony was shared with that room too, and they tried to enter through its door. No one answered the receptionist's phone. The next day, when we asked to see the CCTV footage, the manager said there was no camera near our room. The women left the very next day because of what happened. Girls' safety matters, and police should take action. Never book here.

The rooms were tiny, the floors old and dirty, and the telephone didn't work. The bathroom was disgusting too. There was a huge hole in the ceiling, big enough to make you think an anaconda could come through and eat you in your sleep. There are plenty of better hotels in patna, so choose one of those.

I called the manager to say I'd check in the next morning, even though my booking was for today in and tomorrow out. He said okay. But when I got to the hotel, they told me there was no room because they'd sold mine to someone else. This is the most third-class hotel I've seen.

The receptionist asked me to pay in cash, saying they were having problems getting paid through online booking sites. The staff behaved very badly and unprofessionally, and I had a terrible stay. Please take action about this. 😣
