For our engagement ceremony, I booked a hall and three rooms for five hours. They charged me 30,000 for the hall and rooms, plus 900rs per plate for food. The experience was really bad, and I felt cheated. The waiters acted like they owned the hotel, had an attitude, and didn't listen to orders. Management hadn't provided a manager, so I had to go from waiter to waiter whenever something needed doing. I wouldn't suggest booking here. I'm writing this because it hurt, and families celebrating an important occasion should be treated with respect. Please understand what that day means to the family and how hard-earned their money is.

The food was very good, and the service was good too. Staff behaviour was excellent. I recommend this property.

We had a nice stay for our marriage, and the banquet hall was good too. I didn't expect to find a place like this in Patna. It's near patliputra ground, right in the heart of Patna, and is close to a three-star resort in feel. Rooms are well maintained, with an ambience like any good hotel, and the hospitality was very nice. The restaurant has a good range of tasty food, and the breakfast buffet was decent. Good value for money. Parking isn't a problem, but you can't park inside the premises, so you're never quite sure.

When I stayed here last year, the rooms were spacious and had modern amenities, and staff were helpful and courteous. Room service was good, even at night, and the check-in desk can help if you're new in town. Car parking was available. I didn't like how soft the beds were, and breakfast had only a limited selection.

The restaurant looks quite modest but serves pretty good food. Rooms are decent and reasonably priced, though the washrooms could be a little better. The location isn't that great, but if someone is being treated at a nearby hospital, it could be an option for their relatives.
