OYO 7650 Park Inn Boring Road

There was no breakfast or laundry service, and I had to order from Zomoto just to get food. During my four-day stay there was no room cleaning, and neither the towel nor the bedsheet was changed. Staff told me to check out and said my money would be refunded, but they weren’t cooperative. I’ve even seen a customer waiting 30 minutes to check in with nobody there, and staff running away. Horrible experience. Be ready for that if you check in. This should get zero stars.

The kitchen looked filthy, and the water supply in the toilets kept getting interrupted. The bed sheets were soiled, and the pillow covers had holes big enough for a rat. The online photos and location were misleading. It’s a lodge with an air conditioner, hidden deep in a dark alley with no visible sign outside. It’s overpriced and could at least provide a complimentary water bottle. There was child labour too. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

The property itself is very good and clean, but the complimentary breakfast was hard to understand. We were four people with two rooms, two of us vegetarian and two non-vegetarian. The vegetarian breakfast was four slices of bread with butter. For the non-vegetarians, it was two slices of bread wrapped in an omelet with tomato sauce. That was all.

This was my worst OYO stay. The washroom wasn’t clean, and the staff were rude and irresponsible. They charged us for the complimentary breakfast, and even after we told them, they didn’t provide cold water. We waited 90 minutes for lunch without getting our order, then they literally told us to order from Zomato. It was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
