This wasn't worth what I paid. The room floor was very dirty, and the bathroom was too small. For the price, I think it should cost no more than 500 per night, but they charge a lot and add extra costs for everything. I asked for extra blankets, but they told me to take a heater and wanted 400 per night for it. I asked the staff and got it for 200 per night instead. My overall experience was not good at all.
I'm leaving an honest review because the staff were truly helpful and their behavior was outstanding. Special thanks to sanjeet kumar, and the rest of the staff were polite too. I'll visit this hotel again. Thanks to everyone.
One of the best residential hotels in Patliputra Colney, Patna.
Awesome location, good service, and wonderful staff behavior.
The deluxe rooms are especially good value, with a balcony and a great view. There's a large bed, a sofa, and a desk too. Some reviews mention rude behavior from the receptionist, which could be a concern for some. Otherwise, I had a good overall impression and think you'll enjoy your stay.
