The paneer quality in the KADHAYI PANEER was very bad, and the dish wasn't good. Crispy corn and Laccha paratha were good.

An average sort of hotel. It wasn't very good.

It's a tiny, cozy hotel, and the rooms are neat and well maintained, though not spacious. The staff were friendly and responsible, and I felt safe there. The restaurant and food were very good.

The biggest problem was checkout. I told reception in the morning I might be an hour late because of a doctor's appointment, and was told it was no problem. But when I asked for the final bill around 12.30, I spent another 15mnts arguing over a late checkout charge. The person on duty said it was policy, even though I'd already informed them. I had to pay. They could have declined my request in the morning or let me know before the deadline that I needed to leave. I don't believe they care about customer service. I hope this review helps others understand the malpractices I experienced. I stayed two nights with my family because the property was close to our friend's house. It seemed reasonably priced, but wasn't. The corridors were claustrophobic, the restaurant stank, the rooms were average, and the washroom was below average. Room service was just okay. The intercom didn't work, so we had to call on a mobile or walk to reception. Overpriced, zero service, and the restaurant literally stinks. Better to consider other properties in this area.
