Super Townhouse Vidya Vihar

It was a complete waste of time. I’d booked online, but the receptionist was rude and said the hotel was full and I should cancel. After a long argument, he gave me a room, then said I had to leave at 5 am even though I’d checked in at 8 pm. Meanwhile, the manager or owner called and told him that half the hotel was vacant.

The rooms were good, with comfortable beds and clean rooms and washrooms. The food, though, was bland, not very tasty, and overpriced. The location was just okay, down a narrow, broken road where even turning a car around is difficult. Overall, it was just okay.

The food delivery guy came into the room as soon as I opened the door, without asking if he could enter. And at check-in, they said no room was available and asked us to wait an hour. The room itself was dirty and broken. Great hospitality... that's why I never choose OYO.

The room was in very poor condition, and the price they charged was nowhere near justified. We had booked online, but at the desk they said there were no rooms and blamed an online issue. They pushed us to book directly at a much higher rate. Really disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
