The room wasn’t clean, and it had a smell to it.

This was a last-minute booking, so I had no real choice. The bathroom was much too small, and we had to call three or four times before they brought drinking water. They didn’t provide soap or handwash either, so we bought our own. Room service was terrible, about what I expected from an OYO hotel. They also charged over ₹200 more than the price shown on the booking site.

After we arrived with the booking fully prepaid, the staff demanded another 500 and said, “I will cancel your booking” if we didn’t pay. The room was dirty, with ants and insects, and there was no water from the tap. They didn’t provide soap or a towel, and there was no phone in the room to order anything. Worst experience ever. The staff seemed very greedy.

They don’t allow outside food, but the food from their own restaurant was very low quality. For 250 rupees I got five pieces of paneer, and the 100 rupee steamed rice was poor too. The bathroom basin tap had an issue, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. When I asked room service to change the pillow cover, he asked me to send a photo of the pillow, but they still didn’t change it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here again.
