The rooms were just okay, decent for a short stay but in need of better upkeep and comfort. Staff were generally cooperative even with all the wedding activity, and the location and space made things convenient for guests and functions. I stayed during a relative's wedding, and it was an average experience. A reasonable choice if you're attending or hosting an event there, though not if you're after a more comfortable or premium stay. I'd give it around 3.5 out of 5.

There were just three staff managing 16 rooms, and no spare key for them to clean rooms. The linens and bedding weren't changed during my four days there. The owner Manu tried to fix things himself to save money. The geyser didn't work, the light switches were interconnected, Wi-Fi was slow, and service was very slow. There were no AC remotes, and the regulators were dummies. The deluxe rooms were just extra empty rooms with no facilities. A pathetic experience.

I spent five days complaining and trying to get things fixed. The rooms were damp, the bathroom was too small, and there was no working internet. Basic things like AC and TV remotes and extra bedding were missing, and staffing was limited. The guest wasn't working either. A very bad experience.

The food was tasty, and all the staff were good. Housekeeping was helpful too. The room was the nicest in the hotel, and a special thank you to Dhiraj.

The staff were very polite and their service was the best. Many thanks to Mr. DHIRAJ and everyone.
