OYO Flagship 68979 Shree Nanhu Hotel

We’ve stayed at many hotels, but nothing like this. Our advance reservation was cancelled without anyone telling us, and it seemed that rooms could go to people who paid more, even when someone else had booked in advance. During the Kumbh, it felt like they were taking advantage of the crowds. The staff showed no accountability, and there was nobody available to hear our complaints. Some rooms didn’t have a jet spray. The staff’s conduct felt dishonest, and the lift was stopped without regard for whether anyone might be stuck inside. There weren’t even proper rooms available, and guests were treated as fools. I wouldn’t deal with this hotel.

The rooms are clean, though small, so they work for a short stay. They should pay more attention to cleaning the bathrooms.

The bed sheets were stained, the pillows and even the mattress smelled bad, and there was no hot water. The AC didn’t work, and there was no space or amenities. They show nice pictures, but this was nothing like that. Nothing about the hotel was good, and it’s the worst place I’ve stayed. Please don’t stay here.

Mr.Sunil Kumar at reception was a gem, polite and cooperative.
