Hotel Aman Residency

Please be careful about booking here. My 80-year-old aunt couldn't travel, so I cancelled the booking I made through booking.com. The policy clearly says 50% cancellation fees and 50% refundable, but they still haven't returned nearly 9000, which is no small amount. When I called, the senior manager first said he'd refund it, then stopped answering. Other people there have told me both that I'd get the refund and that I wouldn't. The employees don't even seem to know the hotel's policies. Pathetic people.

The breakfast was average, and the poha wasn't cooked at all, so it wasn't edible. Reception staff Court was courteous, but the other staff didn't smile while serving guests. The rooms were neat, though small, in what seemed like a guest house converted into a hotel. At 7K, it felt overpriced and not worth it.

I had a nice experience staying here. The hotel is nice, and the food is delicious, though a little expensive.

It's in Civil Lines, but the place looks more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The rooms are average, and the tariffs are huge.
