Hotel Ajay International

My sister’s wedding here was a very bad experience. The labour didn't seem interested in working. I'd recommend using this place as a normal hotel only, not for a banquet or any kind of big function. They'll spoil your days.

Our trip plan got screwed up, and we lost two hours in the morning waiting for hot water. The previous night they said it would be available from 5am, but there was none even by 7:30. They then brought a few buckets of warm water, and that supply stopped too. If they can't provide basic service, it's good to close the hotel. Avoid staying here if you don't want false promises.

During our three-day stay, the service was pathetic. When we complained to the GM, Ranjeet, his behavior was even more horrible. He made us feel they didn't need customers. We asked for Honour"s no, but he simply declined and told us to do whatever we wanted. Anyone planning to visit Ajay International Hotel, please don't go. They don't deserve customers. GM Ranjeet is the worst hotel manager we've encountered.

The reception told me to leave the tap running for five minutes, and by then two buckets of water had gone to waste. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Very disappointed with the service.
