Everything was very clean, and our room was comfortable and luxurious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate our needs. Support was good from check-in through check-out, which made the stay smooth and peaceful. I highly recommend hotel samrat.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is quite good. The property itself is a good place to stay, though it's old and missing some modern amenities found at other hotels. For the price range, the staff also seemed undertrained.

I stayed just one day, and the experience was very bad. The AC didn't work properly, the charges felt too high, and the food was bad too.

I had a really nice stay with my wife after walking in without a booking. The staff were all very supportive. A must visit in Allahabad.

The room was a decent size, but it wasn't maintained well, and the bathrooms are very old and need renovation. The washroom was pathetic, the service slow, and the staff unprofessional. The location felt a bit shady, and the infrastructure was poor. The photos on MMT are deceptive. Breakfast included in your booking means just one dish. The food was decent, but not worth the price.
