The rooms were excellent, the food incredible, and service very fast. The staff are very good, especially Ashu, who's been with the hotel since its inception. I had an excellent experience and recommend staying here.

Mehfil restaurant serves delicious food, and Mr. Ashu there was good with customers and made them feel valued. They helped carry our luggage and gave us a 90-minute checkout buffer. We had two rooms: one was fine, but the other smelled strongly of cigarettes. At night there was only one service person, so things were delayed. We waited 20-30 minutes for regular water, and the receptionist said, "our guy was busy in check out of customers please wait".
