The owner turned down my OYO booking and charged me twice the booked amount. They'd told me it was an OYO-owned property. The deluxe rooms are very poor quality, with seepage throughout the room and water leaking in the bathroom. Don't go there, you'll feel cheated.
The rooms were in very poor condition, like the photos attached below show. Inside, there was none of what the site displayed: no TV, geyser, AC, or Wi-Fi. If you book through OYO, Agoda, or another app, the receptionist asks for extra money at the market rate, no matter what you've already paid through the app. Expect to pay around 1200rs extra per room. A disgusting experience.
They charged extra at check-in, and the service was painfully slow. They wouldn't replace the filthy bedsheet when I asked, saying every room had the same one. They didn't even provide a bar of soap or shampoo. Don't go here.
The receptionist had no manners when speaking to guests. I booked online and paid, but they demanded another payment offline before letting me check in. They wanted the market rate regardless of what I'd paid through the booking app. A very bad experience.
This happened on the night of 01/05/23 at 11:30 P. M. The owner demanded an extra Rs 600 and told me to pay it or cancel my booking. I'd booked through OYO and was supposed to get a classic room, which they didn't give me. A very bad OYO experience. Don't go there at any cost.
