The location is good, but the price feels high for the room. The room quality isn’t very good.

The rooms are neat but basic, with an old-fashioned feel and average hygiene. Nothing fancy. Staff are kind and generous, and the service is average. The main reason to stay is the location on East Boring Canal Rd, beside Reliance Trends. Boring Road has food, lodging, parties, markets, and just about everything you might need. The area is a bit pricey lately, with the student market and new coaching institute hub, but nearby street food choices are unlimited. KFC is a five-minute walk, and Nirvana Fine Dine at Boring Rd Chauraha is about 20 minutes away on foot. This is an adequate option for an emergency night, but it’s not highly recommended, since better hotels are available for less in cheaper parts of Patna. It isn’t linked to OYO, Goibibo, or MMT. Just a granddad-style lodging spot. Hope this helps.

The staff treated us very well, and the room rate was quite reasonable. The location was easy to reach. If I come back to Patna for work nearby, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The coffee was tasteless, and even a cup cost around Rs 35. We were there for a marriage function because this was the guest house booked for it. The rooms weren't good, and the staff weren't decent in how they behaved.
